I hope oral medicines are sufficient to abort a 2 month old foetus . If yes, what are the medicines that can be used.

Kindly first consult a gynaecologist near you for clinical examination and ultrasound and accordingly medications can be given for medical termination of pregnancy. Dont tk these pills on your own.
