Hello, i m six months pregnant. I m comfortable with sleeping straight than on sides, can i sleep straight?

Yes. keep a small pillow in right side shoulder to hip so you can have a tilt towards left side. However after 6 months you will not be comfortable to sleep straight so prefer left
