Hello, i m 7weeks pregnant. I m suffering from severe nausea and vomiting. I m not able to hav any food(it pukes as soon i have), jus stayng on coconut water. Doxinate is not working. Is it normal? I hav lost weight due to no food.

You can definitely take Neksium 40 mg before food It is safe and you will be fine after 5 days. You can take twice daily for 5 days
Next Steps
Take a pint IV fluid with your obstetrician n charge because u May develop starvation ketosis and dehydration which are dangerous for you and developing fetus
