Pregnancy??

Had beta HCG 0.4 on 9oct ie after one month of intercourse(9sept). Also I'm diagnosed with PCOD. Did a pelvic usg scan after one month of intercourse that showed no gestational sac. Had periods twice(22sept and 3nov) but flow was low and they stopped after 1-3days of flow(unusual for me). Nowadays I'm salivating more than usual (watery saliva) and sometimes I feel tired or a little bit nauseated or shortness of breath. Sometimes I feel that my heart is beating fast and I have to deep breathly to calm myself down .So I did a urine pregnancy test on 23nov that came negative. So is there something to be worried of?? Does serum beta HCG report of 0.4 after one month of intercourse (in a pcod patient) shows that pregnancy is not there??? How much accurate is beta HCG test???

Beta hcg if done from a good lab is a highly reliable test. 0.4 is not pregnancy.  Keep track of your menstrual cycle. If it is irregular please consult a gynecologist for scan and blood test.
