Hello doctor i am 7 months pregnant now i am facing problems regarding my sleeping position my baby head was right side down ward position. In which position i should sleep ?

U can sleep in left lateral position ...... ur baby position dosent matter.....

Sleep in left lateral position for 6-8 hours at bedtime and 2 hours at after noon with light off
