I'm about 8 weeks pregnant with twins, I had a CBC Differential Platelet blood test done are these normal for a pregnancy ? My dr has not reached out to me and I don't know if I should be worried. thank you. Wbc 13.2, neutrophils 7.7, lymphs 4.4, and monocytes 1.0
