I am 11 week pregnant righy now..can i eat idli, dosa and coconut chutney?and can i drink black tea 1 cup in a day?

Hi Yes you can eat Idli, Dosa and Coconut Chutney.It does not have any harm on your health. You can also Drink 1 Cup Black Tea, moderation is the  key - don't increase the number of the tea from 2 number. DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case.
