After letrozole from 3rd to 5 days I was suggested hcg trigger shot on why 13day wth follicle 24 mm and we had intercourse on 13thday night 14th evening and 15th day morning and night. Again I went to hospital on my 16th day my doctor told me that egg has ruptured ovulation occurred she didn't told me that when ovulation occurred. But she told that  egg has released and everything was ok inside. She suggested progesterone tablets for 15days. But now on 18 th and 19 th day my veginal discharge is creamy ,not stretched not like egg white. My temperature is normal today 97.8f. I thought my egg not fertilized and not implanted... Please suggest me and tell what had happened.
