My friend had an abdominal ultrasound 8 and a half weeks after sexual activity. the reports showed that her uterus was normal in size, her cervix was normal in echo texture, myometrial echo texture was homogenous and normal and her endometrial echoes were compact, centrally placed and 4mm thick. can she be sure that she's not pregnant?
