Mam, I m at fourth week. I didn't check before but I have an symptoms like abdominal pain, spotting,bloating,body temperature,tired Ness only. Is this symptoms for pregnancy or period?? After ovulation period today is 6 day for me...... Am I fertilised.....?????????
