Mam, I m at fourth week. I didn't check before but I have an symptoms like abdominal pain, spotting,bloating,body temperature,tired Ness only. Is this symptoms for pregnancy or period?? After ovulation period today is 6 day for me...... Am I fertilised.....?????????

It's too early to comment on this ,u need to wait until u miss your periods by few days in order to help you with possibilities of pregnancy by doing a urine pregnancy test or a beta hcg ,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
