Missed regular period and feeling vomiting sansation. Found negative result in urine pregnancy tester. Now period is not proper i.e. very low bleeding.

check whether you had a recent illness or put on weight recently or if released respectively if one of them is there is 2 ultrasound examination and also thyroid profile and prolactin levels with complete hemogram
