Today i am 7 days late on my periods. I had an HPt test today and it was negative. When is the second test i can take if my periods are delayed further ? Does blood test at this stage will confirm pregnancy ,? Shall i go for a blood test tomorrow ?

Hi there...urine pregnancy test usually becomes positive 1 week after implantation of the foetus. Sometimes it can upto to 10-15 days to become positive. Sometimes it can false negative also. So repeat the test after 5 days . Also there are many other causes also for missed menstrual cycles like pcod, fibromas, stress, drug intake. So you van repeat the test after 5 days and then consult a obstetrician for further evaluation.
