My wife's HCG is now 83977miu/ml,and tsh is 8.00 what does it mean. Should I consider this as she is pregnant or not. And is the thiryod level is a problem.

Yes this hcg s too high She s definitely pregnant. It has to be correlated with weeks of pregnancy. And also yes this TSH s high so she should be on medication for hypothyroidism too. Consult a nearby gynaecologist
