I am identified with positive pregnancy check and 6 weeks by now. I got my last period on 18 /01. I did a sonography today and as per report, couldn't find heartbeat for feotas.. The sac and embry found and as per 6 weeks. Is it likely not to find heartbeat at early stage. Or is it defect in Pregnancy.. Please suggest
