Pregnancy bHCG level not doubling

My wife got pregnant normally while we were undergoing IVF process. Pickup was done 2 months back and we were waiting for embrio to be pushed. We got to know when missed period and tested. LMP 23/11/2018. As doc suggested she did her bhcg test on 5w4d and the value is 6203. Doc suggested folvite mb and ecospirin 75 Daily and weekly proton deport 500 inj. She repeated the test on 6w5d and bhcg level is 19571. She had 3 miscarriage earlier, 1st on 5 year back, then 2.5 year back lastly on 8 months back. She is very worried as bhcg is very slow. Is it good bhcg value at 6w5d? Do we need to take any precautions?
