Pregnancy beta hcg level

Hii I m 6 week 2 day pregnant I have done my sonography 3 days back.. but there was no foetal pole and yolk sac visible yet. Now I did some beta hcg progestrone test to check my pregnancy so my beta hcg level is 9300 and progestrone is 15 ml. Is there any complication in this pregnancy ..or it can be saved by supportive harmones pls suggest.
