Dear , first thing u dont worry ,now days lots of options for getting pregnant and having baby ok,,,so u relax Second thing ,as u said u having pcod problem means u must be under treatment , or for pregnancy u must have consulted doctor so need to fallow your gynaecologist  , as only report doesn't matter much more things depends clinically  have to see patient so better u fallow your gynaecologist  , If u have not consulted yet ,if u are doing all test self then immediately  consult doctor  and fallow gynaecologist
Next Steps

I would require further information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to meet an OBGYN. PCOD/PCOS is a common reproductive endocrine disorder. In Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), excessive amounts of androgens ("male" hormones such as testosterone) are produced by the ovaries. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common cause of infertility, menstrual irregularity, and hirsute (excessive hair growth). These following lifestyle changes could be of help: - Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food - Exercise regularly - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation - Maintain a healthy body and diet - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit Kindly visit an obstetrician/gynecologist at the earliest.
