Hi, Recently my upt tested positive. My last period was on 6th Jan. I did my last thyroid check in oct and tsh was 0.423. please tell me do I need to be worried about the thyroid and baby's health? Our family doc recommended to do 1st sonography after 20th Feb to confirm the pregnancy. What all care should I take and precautions to be taken during this
