Pregnancy after ectopic pregnancy

I was pregnant with twins in past and their heartbeat stopped so had to abort it . Second time I was pregnant it was ectopic pregnancy and had to remove left fallopian tube . Both the occasions I had done IUI . Can I get pregnant again naturally ?

yes. if the other tube is patent and also check for ectopic as as soon as you conceive again
