Hello doctor, my last menses were on 18th June. I have recently tested positive for pregnancy on 25th July. My cycles are 25 days. Doctor has advised me duphaston 10mg twice daily along with doxinate thrice and COR 3D once daily. Please confirm if these are safe.

Doxinate is given for nausea etc, duphaston is pregnancy support pills given  in cases of threatened abortion or high risk pregnancy,and the third tab is basically a neutritional suppliments. Your Dr must have prescribed these for any of the reasons listed above .
