I m 29 week pregnant.my hb1c value is 5.20.but regular blood sugar is on fasting is between 90 to 100 nd after meal is 130..140 with diet controls..plz reply do I need medication. I submit my ogtt report is on fasting 110.after 1 hr 285 nd after 2 hour 120

OGTT.. been very high But SMBG looks fair control with diet and life style changes But still FBS is high.... Suggest fasting sugars less than 90... May need to start metformin or insulatard insulin at night.. Kindly consult so can discuss in detail
