Pregnacy and irregular periods

I have irregular periods may last to last periods on 24 october and then 23 dec and i had sex on 4 jan using condom and then i took meprate for 4 days on 22 feb not regular n on 9 march i started very light bleeding and spotting for 8 days n brown water discharge my ques is that its implementing bleeding fr pregnacy or withdrawl bleeding plzz help me
