Pregency doubts

I got married on March 3rd. I had my last period on March 25th. I haven't had my period this month. But I have menstrual-like stomach pain, headache at times, and leg pain. I took a pregnancy test card and took it. But it was negative. What is the reason?

These could be premenstrual symptoms and your periods are approaching. If they still don't come in a week take medicine for withdrawal bleed like ocps.
