Hi, I have irregular periods and for the past two months it's regular. Sometimes it comes twice in a month. We have been trying to have a Baby but no luck for the past one year as we don't know to calculate the correct fertility date due to my irregular periods. Pls advise if I need to intake something to get regular periods as I can see it's normal for past 2 months. Literally I'm worried as Everytime I feel like pregnancy but tests will show negative. If I take tablets for regular periods will it affect my pregnancy ? I'm mentally worried due to irregular periods and not getting pregnant. Note: It's been irregular almost for 2 years but only it's regular for the past 2 months. My hubby lives abroad and we had sex twice in the last two months. I might again meet him next week or on August.

SEE YOUR STRESS IS AFFECTING THE PREGNANCY. THE MORE YOU THINK ABOUT IT THE MORE YOU ARE GOING TO FACE PROBLEMS. ALL THE HORMONES REQUIRED FOR PREGNANCY ARE PRODUCED FROM THE BRAIN AND STRESS AFFECTS THIS. ITS REALLY DIFFICULT TO COMMENT AABOUT FERTILE PERIOD IN IRREGULAR CYCLES. FIRST REGULARISE THEM AND SEND ME YOUR REPORTS , AS SOME TESTS ARE REQUIRED SO THAT I CAN GUIDE YOU ABOUT YOUR TREATMENT

Hi, Your problem is genuine. One thing 100% sure is every lady get period 14 days after ovulation( means fertile day). So ,now when your periods are regular you can calculate the day of relation and can menage. Other side to conceive a baby requires multiple factors to get fulfilled. These are Husband's Semen quality, Your Ova quality, Uterus-Healthy Endometrium and Patent Tubes, and last comes timings of relation.
