Hi, I am 6 weeks pregnant now. My first pregnancy ended in spontaneous miscarriage at 6 weeks. Second pregnancy delivered a baby boy at 38 weeks 4 days weighing 2.25 kgs had IUGR and High BP starting 26 weeks. Later had 2 miscarriages at 10 weeks and 6 weeks. APLA screening negative. I am currently taking folic acid, Ecosprin 150, susten 400 SR. Also prescribed to take Wysolone 10mg till week 10-12. But I read prednisolone causes birth defects like cleft palate and cleft lips in early pregnancy, please advise if it causes these birth defects. Thank you.
