Prednisolone during early pregnancy

Apla negative, 7 weeks 5 days pregnant. Do I need to take prednisolone 10 mg, does it help in preventing miscarriage. I had 2 recurrent misscarriages in the past. Taking susten 400sr 1-0-1 and folic acid supplements. Please advice.
