I hav pcos n facing trouble in conceiving. My hba1c is 6.5% and average blood glucose is140 mg/dl. Is this bad?  Am i diabetes now?  How to lower this. Warring

Yes there is insulin resistance in pcos leading to diabetes. It's better you start having metformin for that. Also you can start on with myoinositol supplement.
