Hello sir/mam i am having precum and pre mature ejaculation.erection is not an issue as such because i am having stone hard morning erection,as well as during porn n masturbation too.but when it comes to real sex I don't feel arousal or excited and orgasm also not as good as after porn and masturbation.i have good erection in early morning but during sex bcz of lack of arousal erection also not that good.libido is not an issue bcz i have normal urges for sex but when it comes to do it, I don't feel that much excited...could b neurotransmitter issue or smthin else... plz answer is it permanently cureable? how much time it will take. thanks
