I have been diagnosed with  high blood pressure 140/96 .Now we are planning for pregnancy and have been prescribed to take Nicardia 20mg tablet. But after having it i am experiencing palpitations and a heart rate of 120-130. Is there any replacement for this Nicardia 20mg which is safein pregnancy?
