I am a avid runner who is bothered if I may get knee joint problems. To avoid it I want to use knee caps. Will they resolve my problem upto some extend or what should be done to avoid knee issues in long term.
Just exercise you knee, perform a warm up and limbering down during exercises .
Wearing protective gear can help but does little to prevent damage of intrarticular structures.
