  4. Preauricular sinus. To avoid infection?

I'm 34yrs old male. From past 2-3yrs I noticed fluid discharge from hole and itching some times. Pls advise does it need any medicine to be applied to avoid infection? Pic attached

This is preauricular sinus As it is discharging , it is infected So need antibiotics
