I am premenopausal, progesterone level is less than estrogen, so heavy menses and spotting throughout month, have been advised ovral L from 5th day. Still light spotting or red stained discharge occurs thru out month. Pap smear normal pelvic sonography normal age 48 advised pause 500 for spotting between periods.
