Hi, I am 27 I ejaculate very early I get orgasms at early stage only. And after going 1 st round I don't have capacity to go for another. Also I have more veins visible on my penis. Like some guys have thicker skin on their penis and veins are less visible but I have opposite condition very thin skin and more visible veins.

Hi, I agree mostly with Dr. Sattar said. I only add that PE ( premature/early/quick ejaculation) is inborn for most men and yet can be overcome by a combination of medicines and "learning". You can learn through masturbation, to stay longer. You can also learn after marriage/in a longterm relationship by learning stop start or abhisarika technique. You should also remember that occasional sex, new partner, exciting or tense situations always cause PE. PE is not a disorder. Its a condition. Veins bulging on the penis is not a problem at all.
