I have been trying from many days to know about my prakriti...though i was unable to know....as different ayurvedic sites were giving different result about my prakriti...so i m really very confused...and want to know my prakriti as soon as possible.

Hello... Good to know that you are so much keen to know your prakriti. Don't go on sites. Ayurvedic doctors do nadi pareeksha along with prakriti pareeksha n help u.

To know your prakruti visit ayurvedic doctor . he will tell u the prakruti in detail as well diet, exercise, & will tell you what should u avoid to improve health
