Is it a positive pragnency or negative pragnency? should I go for blood test? Also I am taking medicine for period to come.

This pregnancy test is positive. To confirm you can do blood test, Beta HCG. If you want to discontinue pregnancy, meet a nearby Gynecologist and take abortion pills on her advise
