MY DOCTOR HAS GIVEN ME ENERZEST POWDER BUT I WANT TO KNOW THAT FOR THIS IS FOR I CAN TAKE THIS POWDER FOR HOW MANY MONTHS I HAVE TO TAKE IT ANY SIDE EFFECTS WILL NOT HAPPEN WILL TAKING THIS POWDER PLZ REPLY PLZ REPLY PLZ REPLY

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .enerzest is just like glocon-d but better. .it serves to give energy and some other vital nutrients. You can take for how ever long you want to. If you are a diabetic then I would suggest you not to take. If not, go ahead. No side effects although I don't know what is your concept of side effects.
