Pots-Stroke Patient

My Dad (56) suffered a severe left-brain Ischemic stroke in Jan, from narrowing of a Carotid Artery. We were told he would never walk, talk or do anything for himself but he has made a great recovery. His mobility is back to normal but he has severe aphasia post-stroke seizures. He has been in really bad pain with lower back, right arm & leg for 5 weeks now and he seems weak (like the early days of his recovery) other than Paracetamol what else can we try? And is this stroke/recovery related?

You can try Tab Ultracet for pain. Also you can try some muscle relaxant if there is too much stiffness. Of course you need to continue Physiotherapy
