Hi i am 30 year old. I had my second cesarean delivery 3 months back. Till now i did not get my periods. I breastfeed my baby. Also i want to know can i start doing yoga? Please guide

See your doctor as he will give you medication to get periods and also pls rule out any pregnancy too.you may start trying yoga now.
