Post waxing, exposed skin layer

Hi. I got my hands waxed using rica wax (been using for years now). I observed that there was some dry skin coming out and then in the evening, within the boundary of those dry skin lines it seems that the second layer of skin is exposed. It's as red as one gets aftjer removal of few layers of skin. Would like to know how to cure this and if there
