Post stroke sequelae

My dad has undergone for treatment of bladder infection 2 years back and in the February 2020 he suffered from stroke bleeding in brain and now in May his behavior has changed he is telling us like we r going to kill him and he is trying to escape and runaway from our home he is crying full day and sometimes without reason for one or two times a day he smiles without reason but he cries regularly all the day he is in single from past 3 months because of stroke he didn't went outside because he wasn't able to walk but suddenly now his behavior becamelike mental person is this condition curable or can I know what exactly happening with his brain and how many days it takes him to recover

Hello...post stroke patients are at significant risk for psychiatric issues...u father is showing symptoms of post stroke psychosis...plz take him to a psychiatrist for treatment
