Hi .I m Priyanka, I hv gone through c-section delivery before 5 months and I didn't get my periods till now.plz suggest me what should o do.should I take some medicines for my periods or should I wait for some time

You must be breastfeeding the baby, as long as you are breastfeeding, your periods wont come(lactational amenorrhea) or will be irregular. But chances of pregnancy is still there. Do a urine pregnancy test, if it's negative then either you can wait for periods to come or take tablets for withdrawal bleeding.

Lactational amenrrohea extends upto 6 month post delivery. You should wait uptill then. If still no periods then consult your gynecologist.
