Hello. Weight gain around 10 kgs during and after pregnancy is obvious. Slowly you will start to reduce. Do pranayam regularly. If not go for morning walk daily atleast 45 min. Don't consume oily, fried, junk foods. Include more of fiber in your diet. And take phytolacca berry Q - 10-10 drops twice daily with half cup of water.
