Post nasal drip

I have allergic sinusitis I have been taking antibiotics and antihistamines for 3 weeks so after the infection reduces I get constant post nasal drip mucus in throat always and my throat are reddish and painting, ear itching and constant headache. Pls advice some ayurvdic medicines.

Go for a shodhana procedure like virechana, followed by nasya and few internal medicines. Pranayama would also help
