After 4 years menopause, suddenly period was started in last June with same periodic symptoms of pain in lower abdomen, waist, thighs and in breasts. It stayed for 3days with normal bleeding. Now today it is starting again with same symptoms. What I should do?

Hello madam. This should be evaluated further. This may be harmone variation or it may also be due to some other local reasons.
