Hi had a laparoscopic surgery in Nov 2020 to remove a fibroid weighing 400 grams . Post surgery I m feeling better and have done sonography which are normal. But I have come huge with flappy arms and heavy thighs . My weight is same as before surgery but I m looking fat and want to reduce weight .
