Post Knee spacer surgery care

My grandma undergone for knee revision surgery. They said cement spacer placed instead of knee. 6th day of post surgery. Now she had mild water or blood Leakage on stitches. I have if sugery leg can be bend as old? Why we lifting we feel something pressed or moving feel. What does that? Can we make her walk or bend the leg. She had severe infection on first knee replacement surgery. At her weight 100kg. Obesity ... Dressed with sterile cotton pack. Please help for post care

Cement spacers are placed with knee in extension.
