Post kidney transplant

I am 25 yrs old. I have undergone kidney transplant in 2014 and doing good after that no issues. I am in a relationship and want to marry a guy. But I m having so many confusions regarding life after marriage. Like would it effect kidney. What is the life expentancy of kidney and what are the options for kidney transplant if in future I need to get kidney transplanted again. Can I register for donor??

No worries. If your graft function is normal, no need to worry about all these issues. You can get married and be normal like anyone. You can have physical relationship and can bear children. There is no contraindication for it. Continue the immunosuppressive drugs regularly. Consult your nephrology consultant if you're planning for a child, they may modify the medication a bit.
