Post IUI trigger shot and pregnancy test

My lmp :July 30 I ovulated on cycle day 21 (August 19) Doctor did IUI on the same day ( August 19) Doctor did IUI without HCG shot as I ovulated naturally on cycle day 21 Today my cycle day 28, (((((August 26)))))) I took HCG trigger for some support for pregnancy. In this case when should I take a pregnancy test.? My periods are not regular as I'm taking progesterone to get periods ND I m suffering from severe pcos which never gives me periods naturally.. there is only 4 days for missed period date. I took HCG shots today. And I know that If I take pregnancy test now I would get a false positive.... So please read my question thoroughly and answer... Please please...
