I had a bike accident a 1.5 months ago and my skin got abberated and when it started healing it turned to a darker colour than my skin tone.It is changing its colour in white spots in some areas.Can u please tell me after looking at the photos attached.whether it will completelyatch my skin colour after few months.

Your skin will most likely remain more pigmented since your melanocytes have gotten activated post the trauma. The white spots will go away. There are creams available to help regulate the melanocytes.
