Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

I had a bike accident a 1.5 months ago and my skin got abberated and when it started healing it turned to a darker colour than my skin tone.It is changing its colour in white spots in some areas.Can u please tell me after looking at the photos attached.whether it will completelyatch my skin colour after few months.
