  4. Post delivery. Effect internal stitches?

19 days after c section delivery i started handling baby.. Lifting Baby from bed.. Feeding.. Changing diapers.. Massaging baby.. Some says i should take rest some says do if body allows.. I hardly sleep 6 hours a day. Does all this can effect internal  stitches??? My external one removed already one week before.
